“On the hard at Messolonghi Marina western mainland Greece, on the edge of the Ionian Sea 40nm East of Kefalonia. Hull was cleaned and is freshly antifouled and a new sacrificial anode fitted. The boat needs some TLC which is reflected in the price, New wooden masts 7 years ago need varnishing/painting, New running rigging 7 years ago and 50% of the standing rigging replaces at the same time. Topsides and superstructure need scrubbing and possibly re-painting, capping rails need varnishing or oiling, and the teak in the cockpit needs some attention (See Pictures).”

Presently ashore, Marina fees paid up till 1st April 2023 (Euro 3,240.00), the boat is allowed to be in the water on a pontoon (water and electric available) or on land.

Teak interior with carved doors, on-suite double cabin forward with V berth, 2 x hatches in cabin deck head and opening ports to the sides. Saloon with L shaped seating to port with drop down table to convert to a double bed, seating to starboard with Pullman berth, butterfly hatch in deck head and 6 opening ports. Navigation desk to port with chart draw, linear galley to starboard with two ring cooker, double stainless sinks and chest refrigerator. Double cabin aft with on-suite, deck head hatch and opening ports.

Sails, roller reefing Genoa with newly sewn on UV strip, Main slab reefing and Mizzen, asymmetrical spinnaker with snuffer.

Side decks have some soft patches but I have sailed while replacing over 60% 0f the deck from below, deck has plastic teak fitted. Mizzen boom needs a repair to the clue end I have the correct material to repair (Douglas fir).
The Hull is sound and heavily laid up at build, ballast is encapsulated in the keel.
I was on the boat 2 weeks ago and the boat is clean and aired below, I will be going back out to Greece to service the seacocks in 2 to 3 weeks, the engine needs a new heat exchanger it's a bowman and I am looking at sourcing one.
