Not a project boat but will need knowledgable re-comissioning pre-launch. Zoe has been cruised extensively and well maintained between Uk and Greece. Now in storage in Cleopatra Marina Preveza Greece, where she has wintered for over 25 years.
However due to Covid the boat has not been used for five years, well winterized/stored but but will need following work and updates before re-lauch. Our last visit was Easter 2022 when photos taken and re-launch/equipment update started. Due to advancing age we have now decided to retire, not to re-launch but to sell as is....

Some trim hull and headlining is sagging and one window is leaking,

Hulls topside have been polished and are oridginal gelcoat in excellent condition under waterline blasted clear of old antifoul, needs under coat and anti-foul
Engine out drive leg which was new 2014 and only done one season needs four grease points serviced .leg lifts when sailing to reduce drag.
Re-make replace sunshade .cloth rotten needs remaking.* blue canvas roll in UK.
Polish deck co'pit area

grease Deck winches replace 5x halyards and line to profurl reef drum.
Re- place and reseal all deckhouse windows new thro' bolts.* polycarbonate sheets are cut oversize and in UK.
Replace two 100 amp. battery + leads and clamps.cable to engine and earth* inuk
Flush stale fuel from twinplastic tanks and replace all *fuel lines, *taps filtres to engine replace diesel lift pump, pump in box on chart table.De-winterize engine tidy, paint out engine room. Check out charging and start/stop buttons.
Replace co'pit grateing with new remake * inUK. make new secure catches.
